The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a wonderful area, very close to stores, Condado. The room was stylish with a view, I loved it. Even though some of the stuff where kind of rude, I had a very nice stay.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in San Juan. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with the other bedroom. The lobby was great with attentive staff.

Actually everything was brand-new, you're dope! We had a truly memorable stay, the hotel was quirky, fairly clean, with simple location close to major highways. Staff were proactive, cheerful. Our room had a cozy bed and an absolutely brilliant view. Quick check-in and polite service.

The whole experience was fun. I loved this accommodating hotel, its quiet location and useful staff. The room stocked and the beds were amazing. The property took care of the good service too. Breakfast was generous and savoury, included omelet, fresh fruit, eggs and cheese.

We loved staff and location, this hotel had essentials we need. The bonus was comfortable room decor and executive bar. Early check-in, late check-out. That was COLORFUL venue set in exhibition area.

This hotel was beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was well-appointed, staff was modern, and property's location was cool. Outstanding continental breakfast - cheap cheese, eggs, fresh fruit and omelet. Nice customer care too. Branded drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel was always clean and very fine, loved the amazingly comfortable beds. The property had its own gourmet restaurant, it was affordable. Priceless view of lagoon. Overall the service was friendly. Besides, high speed internet access in all rooms was an unexpected bonus.
